Here's what to expect when you work with us.
Tell us what you need
Reach out by phone, email, or stop by our shop on Sparks Street. We'll ask about the occasion, your color preferences, any flowers you love or want to avoid, and your budget range.
We design your arrangement
Our florists sketch out options based on what's in season and what suits your occasion. For weddings and larger events, we'll share mood boards and sample photos before moving forward.
Sourcing fresh blooms
We work with local growers when possible and source specialty flowers for specific requests. Everything gets picked up fresh, usually within a day or two of your arrangement date.
Creating your piece
This is where it comes together. Our florists build each arrangement by hand, paying attention to balance, texture, and those small details that make flowers feel intentional rather than generic.
Delivery or pickup
We deliver throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas. For corporate subscriptions, we handle recurring drop-offs on your schedule. Or you're welcome to pick up from the shop.

Wedding consultations included
For weddings, we meet with you in person to go over every detail. Consultations are part of the service, not an add-on fee.
Seasonal honesty
We'll tell you if a flower isn't in season or won't hold up for your event. Better to know upfront than be disappointed on the day.
